Karate and its History
Karate was originated in around 520 A.D by a Buddihist monk of the name Bodhidharma (or known as Daruma Taishi).
He then went to Chine to teach the monks the way of Karate.
At first, the monks couldn't match the practices of Bodhidharma's teaching, so he then began to teach them exercises based on a type of fighting.
This training did not just help them in karate, in result boxing was created with the same training used in Karate at the beginning.
